At Bobcat of Pittsburgh, we strive to provide the best service in the industry. If your machine ever goes down, you are losing money. Our factory-trained technicians perform the necessary repairs and service to keep your compact equipment on the job longer with less down time. All of our technicians are enrolled in a continuous training program through Bobcat, which allows us to stay up to date on the latest changes and updates to current machines, as well as any retrofits or modifications to older machines to keep them in good working order. Our service personnel have access to an on-line library of technical data, repair manuals and updated service bulletins for quick answers to nearly any service question. We have state of the art diagnostic equipment to help our technicians zero in quickly on any equipment problem and make the correct repairs promptly, thereby minimizing any downtime. Routine service and maintenance through Bobcat of Pittsburgh allows you to have an accurate service record and history of any work done which will help keep your resale value at a higher level should you decide to trade or sell your machine. Any machine that is serviced in our shop or in the field by one of our authorized technicians will receive a complete BOBCHECK™ performance inspection at no charge. Your Bobcat equipment will be thoroughly examined for any conditions requiring service or repair (see below for more details about the BOBCHECK™/ BOBCARE™ programs). Our pick-up and delivery service is always available and at reasonable rates should you not be able to transport your machine when in need of repair or maintenance. We offer a 20% discount on rental machines while your machine is being serviced in our shop. If you are on a remote job site, our field service technicians can get to you and get you back running again in a hurry. Our field service trucks are well stocked with specialized tools and diagnostic equipment that may be needed for your repair as well as a generous supply of genuine Bobcat parts items.
Other Services Available
Bobcare Clinics — occasionally we offer "Bobcare" clinics for our machine owners. These clinics offer you the chance to visit the dealership for a little fun, food and information on caring for your Bobcat and attachments. You'll be able to learn some of the ins and outs of equipment service and what to be watching for in the way of items that require special attention. You'll learn about available options and accessories that may benefit you and have the chance to ask our technicians for tips and tricks to use when performing routine maintenance. You'll get an opportunity to meet with other new owners and learn how they handle difficult or similar job conditions and possibly make some new friend or business associates.
Bobcare™ Planned Maintenance
We offer BOBCARE™, the planned maintenance program designed especially for your Bobcat equipment to help keep it in top shape. This program is designed to take care of all of your regularly scheduled maintenance either in the field or in our shop. It is an easy way of making sure you receive the correct maintenance at the correct intervals specified by Bobcat. It will help eliminate the worry of having to deal with the hassle of changing filters and fluids yourself. Included free with the BOBCARE™ maintenance is the BOBCHECK™ inspection program. BOBCHECK™ is an in-depth inspection of your machine's condition to make you aware of any potential problems before they occur or current conditions that could develop into serious problems. You are provided with a copy of a machine condition report for your records.
